Sage Remote Data Access (formerly Sage Drive) Issue

How to fix sage 50 payroll update error?

Run maintenance on your data

1. Click File then click Maintenance.
2. Click Recovery Tools then, if prompted, take a backup
3. Click Re index and Compress All then click OK.
4. Click Recalculate Transaction History then click OK.
5. Click Close, then click Yes.
6. Click Close then click Close.
7. Try to post the relevant transaction type again.

Sage 2024 won’t install on my workstation or Server.

Are you having issues updating your sage 50 to the latest version? Please check the following reasons-

1. If you are setting up sage on network make sure that you supply the correct data path for the company files in your workstation computers.
2. Make sure that the sage is updated on your server as well.
3. Datapath and Localdatapath does not match at the server.
4. Don’t have admin rights or permission to make changes.
